Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the VividSol website at vividsol.com handles, and why. VividSol (legal name Vividsol) is based at 19-B/II, Education Town, Wahdat Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so loading a page sends nothing to other companies.
• We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us.
• We never sell your information.

Information we receive

When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or call, we receive your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us. WhatsApp messages also pass through WhatsApp's own service, which Meta operates under its privacy policy.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser type, page requested and time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for the period set by our host. Our host may also show a security check to traffic that looks automated.

Your theme choice. If you switch the site to the light theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss the work you ask about.
• To deliver services you agree to, and to keep the business records the law requires.
• To keep this website secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. It is only handled by the providers we need to run the business, such as our web host and email provider, and by WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project correspondence only as long as we need them to respond, to deliver the work, and to keep the business records the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@vividsol.com and we will reply.

Our products and client area

This policy covers this website only. Our products (LaunchLancer, Invitation Arts and EduManage), our hosting site at vividsol.pk, and the client area at my.vividsol.com have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
